As the title says, its a 15" ProForm Electric fan with an adjustable thermostat. This item is about 4 months old. It still works and has less only been on for about 1K miles. I bought this as a budget buy until I could get a 3 core radiator and dual fans. This things works MUCH better than the original stock clutch fan.
The kit comes with the fan, adjustable thermostat, wiring, overflow tank bracket and relay. I can also help with directions on the install if needed.
