I recently converted from efi to carb. i had a t trim sc pushing 15+ lbs of boost.needless to say i have a very sturdy bottom end 306 and also a big cam, big ported aluminum heads with 1.6 shaft mount rockers long tube headers off road h pipe and 2 1/2 inch exaust and plan on a 750 carb. and taking the motor up around 6500. so how much nitrous can i handle TOPS. Thanks for any input guys.

How much HP does it make without the supercharger? Why dont you use the supercharger on your carbed combo now?

I would guess a 150 shot... Nitrous is a LOT more shock than a blower.. Its not an easy on or off.. Its either Off, or WTFO. You can blow up a motor on the gas real easily.. but with a proper tune and a decent short block you will have all the fun you can handle.. I have sprayed a 150 shot on my car for a while with no problems...

yep i would say atleast 150 shot of juice. thats what i run with no issues. it really is at the baby end of the nitrous game. Big boys play with alot more juice.

If you are using a stock block with forged internals, you can handle a 150-200 shot. If you have a good aftermarket block and all forged stuff, it'll handle pretty well however much you want to give it

well you could but not for long. I like the episode of pinks where the 408w splits in half with all the nitrous on it. Thats what happens when stock blocks get big nitrous shots.
