Yes Sir, its the #1 bow. The cast aluminum one. I'll try a photo, computers are not my strong point though. It has some fairly good sized pits in it and the leading edge is on the rough side. I'm not sure if the top material will hide enough of the irregularities. I didn't know if there was a filler I could use to smooth it out any.
Generally, unless the pits have progress to the point that there is structural danger, you'll be OK. If the front edge is badly pitted, and a concern for appearance of the skin, glass bead or sandblast the bow and fill the edge with epoxy.
