1967 Stang Code S 4spd

I found this guy. it cranks but did not try to start it as it has been undercover for 35 years.
it has the oil from 35 years ago so i am wondering what could be the issues due to this oil and tranny,rear from sitting so long? Also any good ideas on what its worth??
