I recovered my rear seat this weekend, all new batting and foam. It came out pretty decent for my first upholstery job ever. I will say that it is really hard on the hands, my finger tips and knuckles took a beating.

All in all the seat covers fit well and look pretty good. An upholstery shop quoted me $200 for the job, I thought that was a bit much so I bought my supplies from the local fabric shop for $75 and spent around 5 hours figuring it all out. There are a few wrinkles I will try to go back and straighten out but I'm pleased with the look and feel of the seats overall.
