Well, I think I am finally going to start going through this car. Has been in the family for about 25 years now, 15 or so it has been off the road. Currently the engine and trans are out and the interior is stripped out. Had a 351c with the 2v heads, 3 speed stick, 9" rear. Here is my basic plan as of right now. Keeping the 351c 4v closed chamber heads big solid roller around 11.5:1, tko or T56, 4.10's locker, 31 spline axles, 99.9% sure on 17" black FR500. Looking to have a 500+ rwph NA street car. Here is what it needs: quaters, floors which are actually in pretty good shape but I already have new ones, trunk pans, and 2 small areas in the engine bay fixed which have rusted through. Now I will have quite a few questions to ask and will have a lot of research to do as Iam not sure how to get late model wheels to work and need to find some info on 351c's that I am also not sure about. April will be when I really start working on the car, finishing up a few things on my '89. This is going to be a bit of a father son project that has been put off for 6 or 7 years, really looking forward to it. Here are a few pics, any suggestions will be great.

Here is my fox for the heck of it:

Looks like a good project. My father and I did a 69 hardtop when I was a kid. Got it when I was 14 yr old. We worked on it every weekend and lots of nights. The restore turned out ok, but I still have the car some 20yrs later. Enjoy the time with you son.

BTW the fox looks good.

Thats cool, I think he's all done with mustangs. He hasent had one in years but had his fair share. He started with a 71 corvette and then added a 03 Z06, he loves those cars. But he still likes mustangs of course. My mother wants a 65-66 coupe.
