1969 Rear Wing Spoiler

I need the correct measurements for the rear wing spoiler for a 69 Mach 1, i need the hole size and correct placement . I am bringing home my 69 CJ Mach 1 ,it has been in storage for years and had been tagged in the rear and got the lid and the spoiler .I have another lid but i don't have the old one to get the measurements.

Only a 70 has the holes for the spoiler support bracket ,69 doesn't have them . I was thinking about cutting the holes so the bracket will work ,seems like the best way to get the right location .
