I am selling my very first car!! My Dad gave it to me in 1984 and it has been my baby ever since. It is a 1979 Mustang Pace Car. It was originally a 4cy Turbo, but that engine died many years ago. I have since replaced it with a 5.0 HO engine from a 1992 Mustang GT. I had a 5 Speed B-W transmission built for it and added the positive traction rear end from a 1984 Mustang GT. The interior parts are original to the car with the exception of the carpet. This IS a Pace Car. You can pull the dash pad and see the PaceCar sticker or extend the seat belts all way and see the Tag. I replaced the metric wheels with 17 in Mustang Wheels mostly because getting the metric tires was next to impossible. I repainted and decaled the car in 2003 and it has been garage kept ever since. I didn’t replace the AC unit but the connections and hoses are still there. Overall it is in very very good condition. It is located in Southern WV. I am asking $8500.00 for this great car.
