1986 5.0L any aftermarket heads fit with the flat top pistons?

I just purchased a nice low mileage 86 saleen but needs more power. I know the 86's had the flat top pistons and have the crappy factory hi-swirl heads. I want a set of aftermarket heads but do not want to have to take the motor apart to change pistons. Are there any cylinder heads that will fit on the 86 motors? With the factory 86 heads the powers done at 4750 rpm.

Trickflow heads will work.

Second that, you can even run a decent sized cam with Trick Flows. Inline heads might work too, but you won't be able to use as big of a cam without flycutting the pistons.
