1986 gt questions

I got a 1986 mustang gt it has been wrecked the passenger window glass is gone, bumper cover is gone no biggie on that, tail lights are busted it has an 89 roller in it. My question is what window glasses from other mustangs will swap over it is manual windows? can I use tail lights from the 87-93 mustangs if so how hard is the swap? I am having a hard time finding tail lights for a 86 gt any help is nice.. I only got $350 in the car

You can use the taillights from 87-93 no problem. They are a direct swap. You need to pull the trim panels on the inside of the hatch. The lights are held on by I believe 6 nuts. As far as the window goes, is your car a t-top, convertible or hard-top? I believe the hard-top windows are different than the t-top and convertible ones. Otherwise, I think any fox body window will swap, but I am not sure about that. I am sure someone will have a more solid answer on the windows. Good luck with you project!
