I'd like to take the steering wheel off to adjust it strait. I can't seem to find a way to get the center horn piece off to get at the nut holding the wheel on. The car has got cruise control on the wheel as well. Is there another way of getting it off ? The horn button is flush with the wheel and it is the two spoke design. Thanks for the help, Todd

My 85 has no cruise but in the center at the top, I can grab it there and kind of pull down it pops off.....might be different but I am only trying to help. No bolts at the back of the wheel...it should pry off.

I thought that you were to adjust the tie rods to straighten out the steering wheel...

I don't think there is any adjustment to be made to the steering wheel that's gonna work.

Push the horn button in and twist, this will release the cap.
