How much time does a mechanic need to change the quadrant clutch for an original one?

A mechanic could do it in an hour if he has done a few, uses power tools to remove the seat and the stock quadrant doesn't give him fits!
it would take me all day, well, just because.

If he is a little guy made of rubber, with small but strong dexterous hands, maybe 30-45 minutes...

The rest of us common people take a lot longer...

What do you mean by "...change the quadrant clutch for an original one."?
You don't like what's in there now?
The original one is broken?

It sounds reasonable for someone who does not have much experience

I've read where it can be a pain. Did one once but the dash was out so it was easy.

He is a very obese person, I think that's why it took so long

the clutch pedal was uncoupled, and the quadrant was left with broken teeth , then they changed it for an equal one, and after stepping on the pedal 5 times they went back to break some teeth
