i need to know if the motor will swap over into my 89 5.0 then i can buy the car for 600 in perfect condition pull the motor and build the stroker of my dreams, with a/c.
You don't want the motor out of the continental, even if it's a 302. Look for the '87+ LSC with the HO engine like mike said. The nice part about LSC motors is that they were all backed by autos and you know they weren't flogged as bad as the stang engines.
