1989 5.0 Lx No Power Windows Or Power Dool Locks

Ok. My car has 73,000 original miles. I am in the process of tearing it down to paint it. I am no stranger to working on a car, but not electrician. I removed the driver side door and unplugged to harness behind the kick panel. I went to remove the passenger door and forgot to roll down the window. So after I removed it, I brought the door back to the car and hooked up the door harness and the switch. I have no pw or pdl on either side. When I tried this the door was sitting on the ground. I did move the car and turn it around with the doors off before I tried this. I have purchased a new 20 amp circuit breaker, but have not had a chance to try it yet. Does anyone have any ideas as to why all of a sudden these would stop working on both sides at the same time.
