1989 Mustang Computer Help

i have E8TF 12650 C3TA for my ford 89 mustang 2.3. is there a place i can send it in for a rebuild, or buy a new solution?

Also my mustang is distributor with 4 spark plugs. The EGR vacuum control solenoid is not being cammanded on. Also shop told me it could be the wrong computer.
