I have a 1993 GT Vert, and I am gonna do some suspension work on it. These are what I am gonna put on it

Subframe Connectors
http://www.dallasmustang.com/page/products.php?category=11&group=62&family=369

Torque Box kits
http://www.dallasmustang.com/page/products.php?product=8853

Control Arm Kit
http://www.dallasmustang.com/page/products.php?category=&group=&family=&product=7415

What do yall think of these, and what else should I add in there?
I have never done anything with suspensions so I am a newbie at this.

I don't have any input on that brand particularly but anything is better than stock! I'd go with full length subframe connectors though (not sure which you were looking at, there's like 30 on that page).

You'd also do good with a nice set of shocks/struts and lowering springs to complete the package, maybe a good strut tower brace to tighten up the front end.

Does anybody have any input on what would be the best bang for the buck when it comes to shocks. I thought about doing the coilovers but am not sure, I might just go with some koni's all the way around. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Go Maximum Motorsports, proven performance and heavy duty. do full length subframe connectors, upper control arms, coil overs with Bilsteins, panhard bar, caster camber plates, strut tower brace, K-member brace, adjustable rear lower control arms.

MM has different setups for how u want to hook up or road race. torque box reinforcement is a waste on ur car unless ur pushing over 550rwhp, u do not need them unless ur planning on using slicks and dumping the clutch at 4K.

I used to have a Vert and wanted to upgrade the suspension also. But I decided it was too expensive and it weighed 500lbs more than a coupe. I sold the Vert and bought a coupe that was already set up to road race.

I agree with everything but the torque box coments. I have seen fox body which were never abused where the upper torque box was pulling away from the car. Any kind of wheel hop (common on stock suspension) will damage them. they are weak point in mustang and many other unibody four link cars. I would do the whole package if money is not option other wise do the control arms, torque boxes, subframes (full length or even thru the floor) caster camber plates and go fromt here..if you plan on road racing or street driving alot then the panhard bar and the strut tower brace would def not hurt you.

I would alos do the bunch..... MM brand..........Go full length WELD in sub frames(verts need the support) and strut tower brace...made a giant different just in the strut tower brace. caster plates are also nessesary. thats where I started.
