i'm not sure, but your best bet would be to either call your insurance company or call dmv. your insurance company may just tell you to call dmv though.

you need to get the car smogged. go to the DMV first and start the paperwork, then get it smogged. also, if anything on the car is modified, make sure it has a CARB EO number.

Went to the automible club and got a temp registration...

Got smog....

Then got my plates and paid state tax....

Alot easier the going to DMV.....
