Since you'll have the valve springs out, check out the exhaust valve seat to see how pitted it is. If they have a lot of pitting, may want to have them ground or lapped. Also check condition of valve stem seals. Other than that, I'd put them right back on and run them. They look pretty much identical to the ones I reused.
