1994 Cobra Or 1998 Gt Convertible?

I'm trying to make up my mind between 2 ponies. A 1994 black Cobra and a black 1998 GT convertible. Both have a very close nada value. I can get the 94 Cobra for $3,500 and the 98 GT convertible for $2,000. The 98 is an automatic and the Cobra a standard. Both have leather interior. I like both and kind of lean toward the 98 GT convertible but have really wanted a Cobra. What do you think?

Cobra for sure it'll only hold value better than the gt since the gt has nothing special to it
