new to this and need help bad. My car is going crazy the fan and fuel pump go on and off over and over again koeo tried to pull codes but pcm dose not respond. Not with a computer or by jumping it. car was running turned off key and went to start it again and this started. ce light ls on when fan and fuel pump are running.
