So I bought a used procharger kit from a guy and am installing and he sent an FRPS Disc along with the kit. Does a 1996 have an FRPS? and if so where does this damn disc go? Please help.

No, those are for returnless style systems to help handle the fluctuations in fuel rail pressure. Boosted cars with returnless systems sometimes blow the stock ones out causing it to run awful..I may be wrong but that's what a couple other mod guys had problems with when they went KB.

The disk should be for the FMU unit.
