1996 Mustang GT Trouble Codes 0171&0174

I have a stock 96 Mustang GT, I am getting a Check Engine light that readssystem too lean on banks 1 and 2. When I look it up in Chilton's Manual it tells me "Air /Fuel ratio is too lean or rich for PCM to correct" from the previous statement I am assuming it is too lean, what can I do to correct this. Thanks for all help.....

Most of the time p0171 and p0172 are caused by either a vacumm leak or a bad maf sensor.

Do not replace the 02 sensors for these codes these are not the codes the pcm with show with bad 02's
