1998 mustang gt Fuel relay issues

I have recently taken my car out of storage and drivin it a few times. Every time the car starts it stays started. When it doesnt start i dont hear the fuel pump coming on . If i come back about an hour or two later it starts right up. Does any one know where the fuel relay is located or if this is even my problem.

I think it is at the rear of the car in the trunk. Maybe. Fuel pump could be going bad.
