1998 Mustang GT Fuse Confusion

My lighter and auxiliary outlet are not working. I checked the fuses and they seem to be not in the correct spot. The fuse that was burnt was in the spot where the Power seats should be. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks

Switch them back to the right ones

Do you mean put a 30 where the power seats are labeled and a 25 where the cig lighter is labeled? Because I pulled the fuses and the one labeled cig lighter does control the seats and vice-versa.
