I am having trouble with my brake lights not working on my 1999 3.8L Mustang. They just randomly stopped working. I haven't altered anything on the car recently. I am having trouble determining where the problem is. Everything else on the car is functioning properly. All of my other lights and signals are working fine. I have checked all of the fuses and don't have any problems there. The stop light switch is good, but I don't have any power going to it. I do have power at the fuse box however. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I try next? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I found this forum searching to see if others have had the same problem, but none of those solutions seemed to work for me.

Yes, I checked that and that works, but it doesn't have any power to it.

Having same problems here, 98 GT have tail lights no brake lights. No power to the brake switch, where does the power come from. Fuse 9 under dash is good
