1999 Cobra Nitrous

Does any body know of a nitrous kit that will work on a stock 1999 cobra and about how much they cost. If any one has a kit on there 99 or 01 how does it work. Thanks for any help.

I run the Nitrous Express kit on my 01 cobra (EFI Kit for FORD). I have it jetted for 100HP and went 1 stage colder on my spark plugs.

Just be sure you do not run your platinum tips with anything over 50HP as you will either burn the plugs up or even worse damage your engine.

I bought mine used (had three shots on it), but I know you can get them new for around $579

So far best et was a 13.2@107. On this run a blew my clutch going from 3rd to 4th. I coasted through the finish line. That was on a totally stock 99 Cobra w/ 3.27's and street tires.
I replaced the clutch with a HD Kevlar kit but I have not been able to go back to the track. E-town just opened two weeks ago. So I will go back and post new times. EZ 12's are attainable.

My best quarter time on the squeeze was a 13.14 @ 107MPH with a 1.9 60 FT. Launched it like my grandmother and shifted like a limp wristed sissy. My best 60FT to date was a 1.75.
