1st time at the track times

last wed was the first time i have been to the track in my 87 lx my best run was a 14.5 at 95mph with a 2.2 60ft how do you guyes think i did for only 3.73 and full exhaust and a mass air conversion. i hoping to get a low 14 so i was thinking about getting drag radials and control arms to lower my 60ft time. will that work? thanks alot

thats pretty good. You can get 13's if you get that 60 foot down to 1.9 that should be good for around 6 total tenths off your total et. that would put you around the 13.9.

thanks thats makes me feel better now also my buddy was just telling me that at the track only the right tire was spining when i was doing my burnout. But i know on the street both tires spin. so does that mean my rearend is going bad and needs to be rebuilt?

yes if its starting to do the one wheel peels the clutch packs are getting weak. probably getting close to time for a rebuild. Does it do 1 wheel all the time at the track or just that once?

yea every burnout was only one wheel but when i took off both of them were spinning.
