I have a 1992 2.3 lx mustang that continues to flood at different times, just so everyone knows these are the things that have been replaced, fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, throttle position sensor, idle air control, map sensor, mas sensor, egr, coolant temperature sensor for the computer, new injectors, new coil packs, I have cleaned up the throttle body as well as cleaned the egr passage and still it floods usually when hot but will do so at other times, I am at a loss as to where to go now,any one have any suggestions, please

You need to set your fuel pressure right first. Get a gauge from the auto parts store, they will loan or rent one to you and tell you what the pressures are with the regulator unplugged, also sniff the vacuum line at the regulator, if you smell gas the regulator is bad.

do u have to hold the throttle to the floor to start when warm?

if so based on what youve replaced there is only 4 possible causes

1) short in the injector wiring
2) jitter in the pip signal causing inj to fire
3) bad tune on ecu - look for chip on back
4) bad injector driver in ecu

make sure you didnt get the older turbocoupe injectors by mistake that are low impedance.
