Hey Nick I see from your forums you have lots of problems with your car. I'm new to this site but I have been using 2.3l turbo & n/a engines for a while now and have learned lots of things over the years. For your latest problem the oil leaking from everywhere under boost. The obvious question I have is how many miles/kms (depending on where you live) is on the engine and is it good shape. It sounds to me like it is a higher mileage motor, the cylinders are worn & the piston rings are on the weak side or broken. Under boost these problems are compounded by the added cylinder pressure. This pressure leaks by the rings and pressurizes the crank case (this is called "blow by") and pushes oil out of every gasket leak it can find. To check this do a cylinder leakage test. This will tell you if & how bad the rings are. 2.3l rocker covers are prone to leaking. The amount of oil that is pumped up to the head for the cam & rockers is enormous. Just try starting the car with rocker cover off, the oil sprays everywhere and that's at idle nevermind revving it up. Check the bolts for the cover they are probably loose if it is a cork gasket. But once the gasket leaks it will always leak and tightening the bolts without pushing the gasket out will only slow it down a bit. Hopefully you can put a good turbo motor in as soon as possible which leads to the others questions you have from the earlier posts. I hope this helped and I think I can help with the other problems and questions you have.
