2.3 to 5.0 conversion - fuel lines help

I'm just rolling around ideas for a future similiar swap, and was wondering...

I'm going to be putting a carb. 5.0 in place of the 2.3 when I do mine, I haven't inspected where the lines are, but would they be allright when utilizing a carb setup? Assuming I can just run a line from the current position of the line to wherever the carb ends up, it'll be low pressure. Anyone have ideas as to this, or even understand what I'm talking about?
