I have 1 Magnaflow Cat, 1 Dynomax muffler, and 1 Dynomax tailpipe. All are 2.5 inches in diameter.
I plan to remove my whole stock setup from the first cat-back.
Any idea what a 2.5 inch midpipe connecting my cat to my muffler would cost?
Thanks!

Edit: I have a K&N cone collecting dust in the box in my room. I could get that made at the same time at Mineche (spelling), any idea for a price on that?

check JC whitney. but proly not more than a 20 I would say.

if it is stock, I doubt it is a 2.5
if it is a 2.5 then why are you replacing it, it should be new already!!

Sorry, I plan to replace my stock setup (2 inch, 2 cat, 1 muff) with a single cat, single muff all at 2.5"

dynomax sold you ONE tailpipe? I had to buy a used pair and junk one.

If you have a custom exhaust built do the WHOLE thing, not back from the first cat... otherwise you will def see an improvement but you'll still have a bottleneck at the downpipe.

I maybe gained 5 horse, but then the engine was in ****ty condition mechanically (leaking rings and valves) so...

Instead of paying to have something rigged up for a cone filter that WON'T suck in hot air, just get a 5.0L air filter box and you just need to make a connecting tube. Much cleaner looking and lotsa airflow even with a paper filter.

I got it through Mustangs Unltd, I wasn't even aware it was Dynomax until i opened the box and a Dynomax sticker was on it.
I am still considering putting on a long-tube, I have to convince my Dad. Since I have plans for a turbo he really hates me spending money on it now. In time he'll go along with it. He doesn't like that the header isn't ready to drop in either and that I will need an O2 bung and such.
If anyone has a 'How to' about a long-tube I could show him how others have done it he'd like the idea.
He's a perfectionist, which can be good and bad.

EDIT: Anyone have pics of thier exhaust setups?
