Currently I have a 2 cat X pipe in my '00 GT. Headers appear to be stock, as is the catback.

The stock catback looks kinda bleh when on a lift, maybe has a few months left in it. What systems have you guys with 2 cat X's gone with and how do ya like it? I prefer throaty over flat out loud in general.

I used to have a 2 catted x pipe with flowmaster american thunder catback. It sounded AWESOME.

flowmaster american thunder with the X! not really loud, but loud enough when you get on it. the tone is awesome

seems like flowmaster am thun is the way to go.. when i used to have my '84 monte ss i loved the sound when i put the flowmasters in. time to go down to the local shop and check out some stangs with exhaust to hear them in person. thanks for the suggestions, more always welcome of course!

I got the magnaflow catted x with the magnaflow cat-back. I get compliments all the time. Some performance shop owner stopped me on the streets the other day sayin "That thing sounds great! What the hell ya got underneath that?" After i told him he asked me to stop by his shop sometime so he could check it out. I love this setup!

i have bbk lt, catted bbk x-pipe, and magnapack.. a muffler shop that welded my subframe complimented me and ask what i got. I also let other stangers at the meet hear it and they say, "niiiice.... sounded very deep and throaty"
