I have heard to use the fox body struts and shocks when lowering a car 2" or more, and that you had to have a set of C/C plates and offset bushings, and bump steer kit.

what do you have to have to lower the car 2", and it handle and drive like it is supposed to.

new shocks and struts will be going on the car with the springs, Also do you need to run isolators for a better ride or what? or just to keep the squeeks awya

thanks again guys

If you want a good ride its gonna cost.
this is a good line-up...
1.springs (of sourse).
2.caster camber plates.
3.bumpsteer kit.
4.steeda x-2 balljoint (will actually lower the car a lil more).
5.shocks and struts.
6.spring isolators.
7.offset bushings.
8. checking the tires you have now for clearence you may have to get different ones.
9. check your tires current profile,...if you got rubber bands on that barely fit the rim your ride is gonna suck.
10. front end allignment some car go nuts after dropping a car some don't but be prepared incase your car does.

welll to handle like it should and lower it that much...your going to need:

New k member
New Arms
Coil overs
Bumb stops
New Ball Joints
Castcamber plates 4bolt

Lower your car more then 1.5in is going to cause your car to plow you straigh into a wall mid corner. the A arm will be way out of there geometry and the only way to fix that is to redo the front end.

what is the lowest i can go without replacing all of that stuff, say like 1.5 or so , that got expensive quick.

thanks for all the info. What is the most i can go without changing much, not trying to be cheap but don't wanna spend 700 dollars to lower the car
