After a search, couldn't find an answer ! When installing a 2 piece cam eccentric, does the outer (rear) piece turn freely around the inner piece after it is bolted on ? Forgive me for asking, but I'm a late model 5.0 EFI guy !!! Gotta learn these carb details as I go. Thanks
