2 Step for High Stall

Hey guys, new at this auto thing. What is a good rule a thumb (if there is one) for the 2 step for an auto?

I've got a 4800 stall and not sure what RPM to set it at? I also have a transbrake on it if that makes a difference

Depends.

You can tailor your launch characteristics by changing the low chip RPM.

I'd start at about 3500 and move it around from there. Some guys just pull the low chip completely out and launch off of converter stall. Then some guys have a 6000 stall and the low side is 3000.

what he said... you need to find out what your car likes.

some times the cars like to be launched up against the converter. some like to be flashed.
