Wow, didn't expect that many replies....... I asked the question because I was looking at spending 200$ on either a FIPK or subframes. I pulled my Steeda CAI, thought it was a POS. I have read subframes are a good mod for the price, I guess I could have posted: I want to buy sub's or new CAI, which is best bang for the buck..........

New springs aren't a bad idea as well. I was thinking FRPP B's or C's.
