I got a 1999 Cobra and my buddy has an 2003 Cobra and he has switched out the stock SC to a Kenne Bell so I'm thinking his stock SC would probably bolt right on to mine but I'm not exactly sure... and would I have to lower my compression to run it? Any thoughts would help:)

unless you have a 2000 Cobra R (1 of 300 made) you dont have 2000 Cobra...as Ford did not make a mass production SVT Cobra that year.

Furthermore, IF you have a 2000 Cobra R (which i think you dont, it must have been a typo) your engine would be a 5.4L DOHC so his SC would NOT fit in your car

You have a 99 or 01 Cobra (if your wing is the non-peg style and your bumper says mustang, its a 99. if your wing is the peg style and your bumper says cobra, its an 01).

No, his old SC will not fit your car at all. And no, you won't have to lower your CR to fit an SC.
