So I have a 2000 gt that is having some brake issues.... installed new rotors and calipers and still had issues with calipers staying closed... the problem I have is when I bought brake lines for the rear I bought the ones for abs which my car has the module/pump combo installed.... so the passenger rear on my car has the line installed the parts stores say is without abs... anyway no big deal I buy the right one and take it home to swap out and I notice the metal line from the abs module is twisted into a kink... so when turning the fitting the opposite way the line tore like tinfoil.... what im trying to figure out is why my car had an abs module pump and non abs rear lines.... is that a thing? Did someone make a bastard car?
