2000 GT internal help

What can everyone reccomend me for my 2000 mustang GT 5spd internals wise? I want to change out all my internals (and keep in mind i am going to turbo my mustang). What is the best heads for the job, plus all the other internals. Any websites or anything will help a bunch. Thanks

I also have a 2000, and you also have to consider changing out our sorry T45 trannie's to a better setup when starting to make real power gains.
