Hi, I am helping someone install 2001 GT power seats into a 95 GT that had power seats. The problem is that the 2001 driver's seat has a 4-wire harness and the 95 driver's seat wire harness only has two wires. Does anyone know how to wire up the seat to work in a 95?

did the 95 seats harness attached to the seat have 4wires that might have been connected as two... then connected into the two wire harness on the body...???

just a though, if so, maybe splice the same two together??? , just an idea...

I have a set of 2000 GT seats in my '95. The '95 has a power and a ground. The new seat has one ground and if I remember right, 2 separate power wires. Match the ground wires and then connect the power wires together and it should be fine.

I tried what you said and it worked great on the first try. Thanks for the help!

seat rails are a little different I believe. I have 2001 Cobra seats in mine and I had to double up on two or the wires to get them to work.
