2001 Saleen Clutch went bad

Hi guys. I'm not sure on which clutch to buy for my 01 Saleen Mustang? Any recommendations? The car only has 72700 miles on it, damn.

72K miles isn't too bad.

Is she supercharged? What mods do you have on her?

Also, is it a T45 trans or a 3560 ? Depending on when it was made in 01 it could have either or. I know the 3650s use an 11" clutch and I blieve the T45s use a 10.5" clutch.

It has a KIPK 2 and flowmasters only, it is not supercharged.

I checked and it's a t45. What clutch kit would you recommend? I only have about $230 to use.

The Spec Stage 1 and RAM HDX are both within your price range and would definitely give you some more holding power.

I wouldn't buy Spec again if they paid me. Those *******s ****ed me hard, don't expect them to warrenty a clutch even if it was bad from the factory.

Thanks for the help guys but I have one more question. Would this Ford Racing clutch be great? The reason why is because of price is the issue.

The king cobra clutch is a great clutch, check buyfordracing.com and you might get a better price on it.

This is a bit unusual, but I just put in a Borg Warner " Power Brute" clutch in my blown '03 'Vert, $720 installed, and it grabs like a MoFo.

i've heard a lot of good things about the mcleods

Personally i have a spec stg2, its a pretty good clutch but i think their are better options out there. One thing ive noticed about my spec is i have to adjust it once every couple weeks
