Just put the fourth motor in the car, this time with h-rods, forged pistons, and new ford racing block. Couple questions;
Cats are going to be gutted for the time being, what do I need to do? ie., o2 simulator/spoof, retune, or just leave it be... Currently showing codes rich both banks.
Also have a bad continuous chirping or squeal/screech under boost, or maybe just more than about 1/8th throttle that sounds like it is at the passenger right side of the engine compartment. Is this a pressure leak? I've looked around, and had the intake off several times to no avail. I'm stumped. Again, if I drive it/idle it with very little throttle it is not present, only when under moderate to heavy throttle. I am 98% sure it is not the blower itself. This started after about 30 minutes of idle and 10 minutes of drive time on the engine.
One more thing, the intercooler fans come on 5-10 seconds after startup and don't seem to ever shut off...
Any suggestions/solutions would be greatly appreciated!
