So I have a 2001 base model auto and everything is great until I put it into drive or reverse. The car just stalls out. Any ideas? I have a video of what it sounds like idling in park and when I put it into reverse and drive.

This problem could be something as simple as a bad battery or alternator. Don't cut corners here.

My battery is new, my spark plugs are new, my coil pack is new, I have two new manifolds, just got an oil change and my cam shaft sensor is new. I’m still frazzled.

Did this problem begin with the change of the cam shaft sensor? HOW did you set the initial setting of the cam sensor? Does it make any difference if the cam sensor is disconnected?

Are you positive that the spark plug wires have been routed to the correct cylinder?

Are you positive there aren't any leaks (vacuum or exhaust)?

IF the motor idles perfectly when in neutral but dies in drive AND the charging system is OK then some thought has to be given to this being a transmission problem such as a lock up torque converter.
