So, I got a Automatic 2001 V6.
Was wondering what I should do with?
I've thought about engine swap but, people say it is easier to get a Gt.
I enjoy the car, not looking into racing it a lot.
Any opinions is accepted, just looking around for some ideas!
Engine swaps are not easy for even those experienced with working on cars. Plus by the time you are complete, you will have spent as much if not more to just buy a clean GT....minus the actual labor.
There are plenty of mods that you can do to enjoy the car.
I myself enjoy the stock stuff about my car (also a V6). Nothing real fancy needed as far as the engine goes. These cars get pretty good gas mileage so there is no need for a V8 if you aren't looking to race it. However I do have a suggestion as far as mods go. Exhaust. Maybe some dual exhaust that sounds excellent at the same time. Just don't get one of those exhausts that you see on a lot of beaters or college cars with kids that think it sounds great. Those ones are noticeable by the huge pipe that is used to expel the exhaust. They are usually on beaters or cars that just plain don't cut it as far as sporty goes. Get a nice Cherry Bomb or something like that.
