2002 Mustang V6 5-speed with a bad ECU

I've got a 2002 Mustang V6 5-speed with a bad ECU. Got a used one coming from LKQ. Is there any way to get it programmed without paying my local dealership upwards of a grand?
I have a BAMA programmer for it. Is there any chance I can do it with that? Feel free to laugh if that is a stupid question.

Right place, wrong title. I fixed that issue. :D

I can usually spot the [real] title in a person's first couple sentences. ;)

Welcome Aboard! :SN:

I did make a mistake this one time...

Dude had a [big] ole long post that started out with how he was pulling his hair out. Mentioned it a few more times through the post. I suggested he might be on the wrong forum and that his hair loss might be the subject of his frustration.

Live and learn.
