2003/2004 Cobra Used

Are dealerships allowed to give out D plans (Ford employee discount plans) on used Cobras? They were going to give me one on a new one but they didn't have a color that I liked.

D plan? never heard of a D plan. If you dont mind me asking, what was the price?

Have them locate what you want. They can buy it or dealer trade for it. Thats what I did. My dealer ended up buying it off the other dealer, sent some older guy out to pick it up from OH.

Really? I didn't know that dealers could do swaps on used cars... haha i prob sound pretty stupid not knowing that! Its for a 2004 Cobra with chrome rims. It has 9,787 miles and they are asking $28,933... what do you guys think of that price?

I'm in the same boat you are in. I was trying to buy an 03 that had never been titled, but they wouldn't do it. You can only use it on a brand new car. Find an 04 at a dealer, and have your dealer go get it. That is what I am in the process of doing. I had one lined up brand new for $31.5 with D-plan, and $4K in rebates. It was the Redfire color. I think I'm going to go for a Mystichrome.

That's awesome! Yea I'm not sure what I'm going to do... I still have my 2002 GT with 15K on it and I need to sell that. I really should have just traded it in and gotten the new 04 last month! I'm having regrets!

I got my new 04 for less than that, and I didnt have a ford plan

How much did you get yours for? What type of rebates did they give you?

There was a 2k rebate, another 1k from Ford credit. What did I pay for mine? Well, that is a personal question. it was better than that. But you should deffinitely deal them down to around 26k.
