2003 Cobra Bumper Replacement Help

Hey all. Simple questions:

Where could I buy a 2003 Cobra Bumper for my 00 GT?
How much does it cost to paint and where could I get that done? (Central Jersey)
How hard is it to pull off my current bumper and replace it with the cobra one?

I know a lot of people have done this. I appreciate your help.

ford has to have replacements...i dont know where u can get it painted in jersey tho...i like the 01 bumper w/ a chin spoiler better IMHO

$300 for a painted bumper seems cheap. Will it look ok? Is it difficult to put on?

Well, my fogs are taking in moisture and the replacements are $80. So $300 for a new look isn't too bad.
