Bought my son a 2003 GT Conv with a new top, but it doesn’t go up or down. I was advised to check the relays first. However when I look at the diagrams for the fuse boxes I’m only seeing a fuse & not a relay for the top. Any ideas?
First off thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope that you will be able to help me out in some way to get a 4 month project off the ground and back onto the streets. I'm not a master mechanic but know just a little bit, enough to do your typical maintenance, overhauls, and swaps. I...

IMO, one of the next things to check is the emergency brake handle. What you want to confirm is there is a completed ground circuit when the handle is pulled up a few clicks. CONFIRM there is a good ground path with the brake handle up a few clicks at the raise relay VT/BK wire.
Note it is somewhat common that a drink spill in the center console will affect the parking brake switch.
Confirm there is always on power at the raise relay RD/LB wire.
Confirm there is key on power at the raise relay VT wire.
For all of the above tests it is best to use a test light that will "load" the circuit.
What to do next depends upon the SPECIFIC test results.
