I have a 2003 Stang GT Cont, owned it since Dec 2002, It looks identical (externally) like a saleen. Ive had no problem with the car until lately. The car has developed a weird intermittent intake groan associated with a erratic Idle; sometimes dropping so low the car shuts down, High speed and normal cruise is normal. Ive heard the IAC might be the problem. any help with this problem would be great...

I would take the IAC off and clean it with carb cleaner. I had a simliar problem over a year ago and cleaning the IAC fixed that..
