No but a number of thread (google) that it's a common problem with the Mach460. Most people either have lived with it or pulled it out and put in another aftermarket radio.

I finally gave up on my 460 and tossed it out. Nice 73 by the way.

Just FYI, the fair market value (liberty ins.) for a 1999 4.6 in "perfect" condition with ~97k miles on it is about$6,200.

dont ask me how i know this.
